“Centura”

Other physical information: Centura has piercings along her ear ridge and has discovered the thrill of black hair dye. Likes include goth music, playing drums, and lounging in her pajamas on lazy days eating Star Crunches. Dislikes include crowds, conformity, and commercialism.

History: Centura's first appearance was in the elaborate masterpiece, Blade Ballet because I wanted three girls instead of two. Her name was first uttered as the piece was close to completion. For a few years she remained inconspicuous and undefined, appearing seldom in pictures with Bluette and Celest. This was due to Bluette's pecking order in which she came first and cast a shadow over any newcomer. Throughout that time, Centura's personality slowly developed into that of a misfit, a rebel.

In 2002, Centura was initiated in traditional style— by being cast in a Good vs. Medieval book. In Crossroads of Souls, she's not an expendable bubblehead or a babbling brainiac; she's the queen of all evil! That role helped shape her personality even further, revealing a few skeletons in her closet. Centura finds pleasure in weaponry over flirtation. She would rather be to herself than party with the others, taking interest in toys over men— although she would like to find someone who cracks a good whip.

Pictures exclusive to Centura are dark and demonic. As time passes, and Centura's differences with Bluette stew, she becomes more cynical. The leash is a symbol of her oppression, and she's accepting it in her own way.
